2-4 Participants - 1 Hour - $45 to $60 • Get the benefits of a Personal Training program with special workouts that you do with your partner or friends!

small group personal training

30 minute Online Zoom Training Sessions - $50 • Online options for a quick workout while traveling or inclement weather.

30 minute Nutrition Sessions - $50 per week • One nutrition session per week to review your dietary intake and provide eating strategies. Track your Body Fat %, Muscle Mass, progress pictures and circumference measurements.

Mickey was and still is a great help and encourager to me since I was diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica five years ago. PMR is an auto immune disease which affects joints and muscles. I could hardly get up off the couch when first diagnosed with the disease.

Mickey met with me via zoom twice a week and brought me through an exercise program that worked wonders for me.
